Quality is amazing. PU leather and long faux furry exterior with faux fur lining. Arms are silky polyester lining. Looks amazing on. Looks very expensive (like $200-500). Sizing is correct. Belt is long and can be tied into a pretty bow. Hood is massive and will actually offer cover from snow/ rain. Arms are not too long or short, just right. Furry lining on hands are in 2 parts making it easier to push the hands into the good size pockets (you can fit a phone in them easily) without fur getting in the way.
