The quality of the dress and fabric are fantastic but I cannot lift my arms in this dress, I saw a previous review that said the arms were tight.. I was hoping it was just the holes so I sized up, but the entire arm area is extremely tight. Very sad about that -seems like a flaw that didn’t need to happen in this design.
