This is a very well made top. It has an under layer with the over layer being a sheer mesh with embroidered flowers. I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I need to reorder a smaller size and I will order a size smaller than what I usually wear because based on the size that I received, I feel that it runs large. It is not a fitted top. Please like my my review.
