Good quality, the material is thick and has inside lining. The belt at the front is just for show/decorative, the skirt opens & closes with an invisible zipper at the back. It runs big, I am usually size medium and I will need to re-order on a smaller size. My measurements below are correct for reference

Perfect skirt, feels like real soft leather and looks expensive. I am a UK 12-14 in fitted skirts and happy I sized up so it's not too tight as there is no stretch.
