I ordered this dress for a black tie event. When I tried to order, it was difficult to pay. We have excellent credit, and yet, it rejected every credit card, forcing me to purchase with PayPal in cash. I don't like doing that, in case there's a problem with the order. I did receive the dress timely. I am 5'8', 135 lbs. The dress came just above my ankles. I couldn't pass it off as a midi or a long dress. Needed to return it. The return was really a pain, despite how easily their website says returns are. First, they requested a photo of me WEARING the dress (No) and photos of the packaging, which I sent. They would only provide a QR code, not a label. QR codes aren't a good choice for me due to how busy our post office is. I requested a label about four times. They kept sending a QR code. I finally got tired of dealing with them and printed up a UPS label from my own account. It's already on the way back. If Shein (their other brand) can figure out labels, MOTF can.
