I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought this jacket for $50, and the fit is absolutely horrible. I tried to return it, only to be told by Dhein that it was “Final Sale.” The problem is, this was not clearly stated anywhere when I purchased it—I only found out when I attempted to return it.

I contacted customer service hoping they could help, but they told me there was nothing they could do.

$50 may not seem like a huge amount to some people, but paying $50 for a jacket I can’t wear and can’t return is incredibly frustrating.

Very disappointing experience. Be careful when purchasing—make sure you check the return policy before placing your order.
