XL’s too large for me and also about 6inches long. Would just get this altered or wear heels with it. It’s also too wide for it to be high waisted but could be worn with a belt.  When worn without one, it looks like a low-rise jeans. Nevertheless, quality is nice and fabric is thick but not too hot when worn.
