The dress is cute. However, the description says "HIGH STRETCH" which I guess it technically true if you are talking about the hem of the skirt (below the slit) but otherwise there is NO STRETCH in the upper at all... very misleading. And of course a final sale item cannot be returned even when the description is completely wrong.😡
