Shipping was on time and the boots looks just like the photograph on the website and beautiful in person, the gold button studs are perfect and makes the boots look so darn spicy. The description dosen't include the heel hight, the measurements are 4 inches for your reference, they are comfortable, they fit true to size. I'm a US size 8.5, I purchased a size 9/40 and was able to try them on with a winter sock as I hoped, they are narrow at the toes so maybe go up by half for added comfort and room, they don't have a zipper, they are pull on, this wasn't a problem with my 16 inches calfs. The material looks like suede and is very soft to the touch.
