I sized up because its sizing says its smaller than my usual MOTF size but it turns out bigger but not that big. A 3XL would have fit better. Material is light or not the thick kind of knit. Also stretchable. But if you have wide or big arms, this one has shorter gap from underarm but not that short tho if you are conscious about big arms, you might want to reconsider purchasing this. The gems are lovely.
