Pretty necklace. Wish it had a bit better setting, like good vermeil. I think its gold plated copper. The abalone looks real, and I tested the few freshwater pearls, and they appear to be real. The rest of the beads are sone sort of off white shell, not pearls. But definitely genuine shells. Another reviewer though the price was high. Given all the materials appear to be genuine, but the metal setting not premium, I would say it is worth what I paid for it.
